The event will take place at the Big Bend Airport located approx. 10 mins west of Innisfail, AB off HWY 54

The registration fee for the entire three day event is $50.

The fee gets you:

• A weekend pass to the event,

• A Butt-Fan Fall Finale 2025 limited edition T-shirt,

• On site camping (2 nights),

• Attending pilots get 10% off all in-stock Vittorazi parts

• Your contribution to donated to the Innisfail Flying Club COPA 4 Kids event. Last year we raised $500 that was donated to help pay for fuel to get kids flying and interested in General Aviation!

A planned schedule of events is in the works. This year the fun schedule includes:

• Spot landing competitions

• Bean bag drop competition

• Kiting wars

• Cross country Poker rally

• Round table engine maintenance talks

• Tandems- Discounted Introductory tandem flights for those exploring the sport

• Campfire debriefs!!

The event is open and everyone is welcome! Those who want to learn more about the sport please plan to just come and meet some local pilots and watch some flying at no cost.

We encourage pilots to bring the family and include them in our awesome sport. There are many great adventures and daytime activities in the area including the Discovery Wildlife park, golfing, fishing, camping, hiking, floating the Red Deer river, and of course flying!

Pilots attending the event to fly will meet the licensing and insurance requirements set by Transport Canada.
